The Property Portal Spain is a brand new Property Portal Website, but we are already getting listings on page one or two in Google. And in so far we have received 492,614 hits this year.

Agent property listing - Only 299€* per year for 350 property listings

Unlike almost all other property listing portals we like to keep things simple, so we don't charge you a fixed monthly or quarterly fee; you simply pay a yearly fee to list up to 350 properties. (Subject to acceptance)

Featured Properties listing - 39.99€ per property for 10 weeks

We offer Ten (10) Featured properties shown on the front page which are also featured in the slide show give the client a better view and information within the first few seconds of landing on our site. Featured Agent listing - 19.99 € Quarterly

People always like to know a bit about who they are dealing with, so all agents are listed in our Agent Directory free of charge with all there contact information, logo and a full description about the services they offer, all as standard. However if you would like your business to be Featured at the top of the agent page you can do this for 19.99€ per quarter. Please note: Places are limited and must be booked and paid for in advance. Property of the month - 59.99€ per month

Property of the month is featured at the top of the main front page with a picture description and price. A back link then takes the client to the full property listing within the site. We only offer one (1) property of the month spot; this must be booked and paid for in advance. The cost per month is 59.99€.

XML Feeds

This is something we had to think long and hard about! We wanted The Property Portal Spain to be a place were buyers can not only find lots of properties but quality ones. Our research soon showed us that it's about getting the property up on the site and quality came a very poor second with some agents.

So we decided not to offer XML feeds from other sites at this moment in time, thus eliminating the possibility of low pixelated pictures, poor META tags descriptions and KeyWords, all of which don't help you’re property listing with search engines.

Personal Service - SEO

Every property you list with us is checked before we upload it. We look at the description of the property and write the META Tags, HTML description and Keywords that best describes the property and where it’s located. (Search engines do not like repetitive descriptions) giving you the best chance of the property being found.

We also check the property location on Google maps and that it’s listed correctly. If we find a feature or amenity that we don't list, we add it, thus making sure the property has the best listed information possible. If we do find a problem with a property listing we will contact you directly to rectify the problem.

Our focus is not just to be another property portal, but to offer both the agent and the client the best possible experience in looking for there dream home in Spain.
